2009 - miniature mixed media book - produced in a limited edition of 10 - 2"X2"X1/2" (closed) 2"X2"X19.5" (opened flat)- I imagine that just about everyone has experienced that feeling of not fitting in, of not belonging. ATypical Day is about that longing to find ones place in the world, yet somehow never seemingly finding it.
The piece is 8 pages (including title page and colophon) long, with photographic images printed as wintergreen image transfers and enhanced or altered with Prisma Color pencil. ATypical Day, a poem I wrote, is screen printed onto the pages. It is bound in an accordion fold.
